Electronic Form System for Siun sote

Electronic form system as a SaaS service for the social and health care provider Siun sote in the North Karelia wellbeing services county: creation, publication, and management of electronic customer, internal, and administrative forms; including workflows, processing queues, and decision-making steps for form handling and approval. The system will be used by approximately 8,000 employees and approximately 170,000 residents and partners. The objective is to transition to managed, secure, and integrated electronic form processes to improve data discoverability, processability, and lifecycle management.
