Electrical Planning for Fire Protection Measures at the Federal Police Site in Deggendorf

Planning services for technical equipment, system group 4 (heavy current systems) according to § 55 HOAI: Modernization and repair of structural fire protection measures at the Federal Police site in Deggendorf. The project includes the structural adaptation and repair of buildings 2a to 2h and K to ensure compliance with building regulations. The basis is existing fire protection certificates and inspection reports. The goal is the complete implementation of fire protection requirements and comprehensive documentation with final confirmation by expert inspectors. The usable area totals approximately 43,000 m². The buildings remain in operation by the Federal Police during the measures, which imposes special requirements on planning and implementation, particularly regarding coordination and minimizing operational disruptions and user impact. The scope of services includes the review and full adoption of requirements from existing fire protection certificates and inspection reports, and if necessary, the development of supplementary evidence; execution and detailed planning of electrical systems considering fire protection requirements (fire compartments, fire barriers, escape and rescue route-related measures); planning and adaptation of technical fire protection systems (fire alarm systems, smoke extraction systems, other safety-relevant systems), including modification of the existing fire alarm system with internal alarming; coordination with all involved parties, especially the building supervisory authority, fire department, expert inspectors, user (Federal Police), as well as object planning and HVAC planning; preparation of necessary documents for acceptance (as-built and inventory plans, inspection and acceptance protocols, defect lists) and participation in acceptance by expert inspectors; ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and technical standards. Planning is to be carried out by qualified specialist planners with relevant experience in electrical fire protection for buildings of building class 5 with special construction requirements. The scope of services covers HOAI service phases 1 to 9. Commissioning is phased: Service Level 1 (Phases 1-4), Service Level 2 (Phase 5), Service Level 3 (Phases 6-7), Service Level 4 (Phase 8), Service Level 5 (Phase 9). There is no entitlement to commission all service levels. The contractor is obliged to fully provide the assigned service levels if commissioned. Remuneration is based on the commissioned scope of services.
