Electrotechnical Engineering Services for SHEM
Electrotechnical engineering services: technical assistance for studies and the execution of maintenance and modernization works within SHEM's facilities. This includes technical studies (dimensioning, analyses, solution selection), design, production, and updating of electrical plans and diagrams according to current standards, on-site surveys in industrial environments, project management, and site supervision and coordination. Key tasks involve electrotechnical studies on various components and installations of all voltage types (low voltage and high voltage), such as valves, monitoring and instrumentation devices, control systems, production units, and cable pulling. Furthermore, studies on existing equipment to propose improvement or repair solutions, participation in feasibility studies/preliminary designs/detailed designs for technical-economic project estimations, preparation of expert opinions in the specialized field, execution of preliminary tests, preparation of specifications and calls for tender for complementary study services, technical and financial management of companies and stakeholders during service delivery, participation in the preparation of specifications for works and in offer analysis, verification of execution documents prepared by companies within the area of competence, participation in acceptance tests within the area of competence, and production of "as-built" technical documentation. Projects include the modernization of units (alternator + turbine) including control systems, renovation or replacement of valves, modification of water intakes, installation of monitoring and instrumentation devices, and cable pulling. The duration starts in September 2026 and extends until the end of 2027, with an option for three annual extensions for 2028, 2029, and 2030. Required qualifications are an engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in the electrotechnical field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in studies, preferably in hydropower, knowledge of hydraulic production techniques, electrical authorization H2v B2 BR, and authorization for harness use and work at height. The main location is in SHEM offices in Balma, with required travel to various SHEM sites.
