Electrical Engineering Planning for the Partial New Construction of the State Vocational School Mindelheim

Planning services for technical equipment (technical equipment groups 4, 5, and 6, electrical engineering) according to HOAI 2021, service phases 1-9, for the partial new construction of the State Vocational School Mindelheim. Commissioning will be phased, potentially including special services. The additional space requirement for the partial new construction is 5,663 m². The negotiation procedure is expected in mid/end November, project start is planned for early January 2027, submission of funding and building applications for spring/summer 2028, and construction start for spring 2029.
