Energy Services using EPC Method for Properties of the City of Kuřim: Implementation of energy-saving measures in selected properties, including planning, construction, and long-term monitoring and evaluation of results for at least 15 years. The contractor contractually guarantees the achievement of agreed energy cost savings and economic benefits. Measures cover heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and hot and cold water consumption. This includes the design of energy-saving and renewable energy measures, preparation of implementation and project documentation, securing building permits, turnkey supply and installation of all measures (including construction and renewable energy technologies), preparation of as-built documentation, development of operating instructions for new equipment, training of client staff, financing of construction (without client advances, using subsidies and client's own resources), energy management with continuous monitoring and evaluation of savings during the guarantee period, guarantee of projected cost savings, and cooperation in subsidy application processing.
