Energy services using the EPC method for properties of the City of Kuřim: Comprehensive implementation of energy-saving measures in municipal buildings, including planning, construction, and long-term monitoring and evaluation for at least 15 years. The contractor proposes specific measures, which may include heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and hot and cold water consumption, and bears the risk for achieving the guaranteed savings. Services include the design of energy-saving and renewable energy measures, preparation of implementation and project documentation, securing building permits, turnkey supply and installation of all measures (including construction and RES technologies), preparation of as-built documentation and operating instructions, staff training, financing of measures (without client advances, utilizing subsidies and client's own resources), energy management with continuous monitoring and evaluation of savings during the guarantee period, provision of a guarantee for achieving projected cost savings, and cooperation with subsidy application processors.
