Construction Works for Energy Efficiency Increase of Residential Building F1, Lupeni

Notice title: Execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul ”Creșterea eficienței energetice a clădirilor rezidențiale din Municipiul Lupeni, Blocul F1, Strada Viitorului”, Cod SMIS 348067

Construction works for increasing the energy efficiency of residential building F1 in Lupeni, Strada Viitorului, built in 1977, with a built area of 1,106 m² and a total floor area of 5,530.00 m²: thermal insulation of opaque facade parts with 15 cm thick rigid basalt mineral wool, thermo-hydro-insulation of the top floor slab, bordering of window openings with 4 cm thick extruded polystyrene; thermal insulation of glazed facade parts by replacing exterior joinery, including access to the residential block, with high-performance thermal insulating joinery equipped with ventilation devices/slots/grilles, installation of exterior and interior sills; enclosure of balconies and/or loggias with lightweight structure (BCA masonry) and PVC thermal insulating joinery, where applicable; thermal insulation of the top floor slab with 30 mm thick basalt mineral wool, protected by a 5 cm weakly reinforced screed; thermal insulation of the basement slab using a thermal insulation composite system made of 10 cm thick rigid basalt mineral wool; dismantling and construction of a wooden truss roof with metal tiles and volcanic rock coating, refurbishment of the rainwater drainage system; repair of perimeter sidewalks, construction of a ramp for disabled persons, dismantling and reinstallation of apparent installations and equipment on the facades of the residential block after intervention works; relocation of the low-pressure natural gas installation according to the technical project; refurbishment of interior plasters and finishes in common areas (stairwell) through local repairs; installation of a photovoltaic panel system on the roof for stairwell lighting circuits, including photovoltaic panels, mounting structure, and inverter; refurbishment of the stairwell lighting system and replacement with LED lighting with presence sensors; installation of a lightning protection system.
