Disposal of used clothing and textile waste
Disposal of used clothing and textile waste: successive collection, transport, and recovery of waste classified under codes 20 01 10 (clothing, 840 Mg) and 20 01 11 (textiles, 200 Mg), selectively collected. The minimum quantity is 200 Mg for clothing and 50 Mg for textiles. The waste is loose and may only be subjected to recovery processes R1 and/or R12. Collection is based on written individual orders from the client via email, with a minimum collection quantity of 10 Mg per day. Technical requirements for vehicles at the client's site: gross weight of a single empty vehicle maximum 18 tons, distance between extreme axles maximum 16 meters, vehicle length maximum 18 meters. Loading of loose waste occurs via conveyor belt (top through the semi-trailer, preferably walking floor) or with a long-reach loader. After weighing the loaded vehicle, the client issues a Waste Transfer Card in the BDO system. The contractor is responsible for the confirmation of the mass and type of waste by the operator of the recovery facility. For international waste shipments, documents according to Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 must be prepared. Waste management must comply with applicable legal provisions, especially those for waste resulting from mechanical-biological treatment of unsorted municipal waste. No option rights are foreseen.
