Disposal of Hazardous Materials
Disposal of hazardous materials: includes collection, transport, storage, elimination, and recycling of waste types. The contractor must be certified according to EfbV for the collection, transport, and storage of the specified waste types. The elimination and recycling of waste must take place in approved facilities, which must be specified, and in accordance with the regulations of the KrWG. A sufficiently dimensioned, approved interim storage facility must be maintained to bridge disposal bottlenecks.
