Battery Cell Disposal
Battery cell disposal: The contractor must be certified according to the German Waste Management Specialist Companies Ordinance (EfbV) for the collection, transport, and storage of the specified waste types. Disposal or recycling of the waste must occur in a facility approved for the respective waste type, with details of these facilities to be provided. To bridge disposal bottlenecks, the contractor must maintain an adequately sized interim storage facility approved for the respective waste type. Disposal/recycling is to be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the German Circular Economy Act (KrWG). Efb certificates and approvals for the facilities/interim storage for the respective waste type must be included with the offer.
