Municipal waste management for Kluczbork Municipality: Collection and recovery of municipal waste from all residential properties and from mixed-use properties (partially residential, partially non-residential but generating municipal waste) within the Kluczbork Municipality. Additional orders up to 50% of the contract value are possible for the collection and recovery of municipal waste in larger quantities, different fractions, at different times, or for other related services. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of January 11, 2013, on detailed requirements for municipal waste collection. Partial offers are not permitted. Equivalent solutions for norms and technical specifications are allowed and must be proven by the bidder. Proof of compliance with Euro 5 emission standards for vehicles is required, including an equipment list and registration documents. Drivers and waste loading personnel must be employed by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract; a monthly confirmation must be submitted. Subcontractors, suppliers, or entities relied upon, if subject to sanctions under EU Regulation No 833/2014, may not account for more than 10% of the contract value.
