Municipal Waste Management for Residential Properties in Bytom

Municipal waste management: includes the collection and disposal of municipal waste from residential properties within the city of Bytom, including the provision and maintenance of collection containers or bags. Bidders must specify the intended processing facilities, with special requirements for bio-waste (decision from the Ministry of Agriculture) and used tires (recovery process, as an evaluation criterion). An option for additional orders according to Art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law up to 50% of the basic contract value is foreseen, as well as an option clause according to Art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law up to 50% of the basic contract value for the collection and disposal of municipal waste.
