Municipal Waste Management for Residential Properties in Brójce Municipality

Municipal waste management: Collection and recovery or disposal of municipal waste from residential properties and the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Brójce Municipality, including the provision of containers and bags for waste collection to these properties. The service must ensure the achievement of reuse and recycling levels and the reduction of municipal waste landfilling, in accordance with Polish laws (Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, Ministry of Climate and Environment regulations of June 13, 2024, and December 10, 2021) and the current Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship. The system covers an estimated 2,277 residential properties (including 44 periodically used) and 6,993 residents within a municipality area of 69.1 km². The estimated waste volume is approximately 208 Mg per month, totaling 4,992 Mg. These quantities are estimates and may change; the minimum performance is 65% of the contract scope. An option for additional services up to a maximum of 25% of the basic contract value is foreseen. The contract also includes the collection and disposal of waste from the PSZOK, including waste from pharmacies and pharmacy points.
