Cleaning and Kitchen Support Services for Main Kitchen and Staff Restaurant

Dishwashing services in the main kitchen: Cleaning of trays, cutlery, dishes, food transport trolleys, and tray trolleys. Black dishes are washed by the kitchen. The average daily quantity of items to be washed is detailed in the tender documents. No dirty dishes are to remain overnight. Kitchen support services in the staff restaurant: Operation of the restaurant from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM–2:30 PM, food service 11:00 AM–1:30 PM), including preparation, post-preparation, food presentation, serving, and reordering from the kitchen. Offering daily various menus, a salad bar, soups, and 2–3 desserts. Maintenance and refilling of coffee machines, cleaning of soda water dispensers, and provision of drinking glasses. Presence of a staff restaurant manager during food service. Dishwashing services in the staff restaurant: Continuous refilling of dispensers with clean dishes, cutlery, and trays; no dirty dishes are to remain overnight.
