Two variants must be offered: Variant 1 (replacement new build) involves the demolition of the entire existing building stock and replacement with new builds in two construction phases, starting with the middle school (incl. expansion areas for primary school and canteen) and followed by the sports hall and house for children. Variant 2 (existing building retention) provides for the retention of the T-shaped middle school building, with new construction of the sports hall and house for children (incl. expansion areas for primary school), extension of the middle school and canteen in construction phase 1, and pollutant remediation, renovation, and upgrading of the T-shaped building in construction phase 2. Fee proposals must be submitted for both variants; evaluation is based on the average of the total fees for both variants. further items as per the tender documents.
