Engineering services for technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, service phases 1-3 and 8: Planning for the restructuring of the Hanselmannstraße / Schleißheimer Straße school campus on an approximately 15,000 m² site in Munich-Milbertshofen. A listed high-rise bunker is also part of the site. Two variants must be offered: Variant 1 (replacement new build) involves the demolition of the entire existing building stock and replacement with new builds in two construction phases, starting with the middle school (incl. expansion areas for primary school and canteen) and followed by the sports hall and house for children. Variant 2 (existing building retention) provides for the retention of the T-shaped middle school building, with new construction of the sports hall and house for children (incl. expansion areas for primary school), extension of the middle school and canteen in construction phase 1, and pollutant remediation, renovation, and upgrading of the T-shaped building in construction phase 2.
