Development of Highly Stable Perovskite Solar Cells for AxLR Project
Production of Photovoltaic Cells and Mini-Modules: Manufacturing of small-area photovoltaic cells on glass substrate with high power conversion efficiency using solution-based processes for upscaling; additionally, production of intermediate-area devices on glass substrate and flexible perovskite mini-modules with high energy conversion efficiency, also utilizing solution-based techniques to demonstrate scalability. The objective is the stabilization of perovskite materials for an estimated stability beyond 25 years, to demonstrate performance on representative photovoltaic modules.
