Development, Implementation, Technical Support, Maintenance, and Further Development of the SODiR 3.0 System
Implementation of the SODiR 3.0 System for processing subsidies and refunds: functional analysis, system development including data migration from SODiR 2.0 and PAWOR, implementation workshops, production launch and stabilization, and creation of post-implementation documentation. This includes technical assistance and maintenance of the SODiR 3.0 System as a basic service and option, as well as modifications and further development of the system within a maximum limit of 60,000 working hours as an option. The contractor must provide warranties, transfer proprietary and related rights, and provide licenses for the use of the created works. For activities such as correspondence reception and meeting scheduling, personnel must be employed under an employment contract, unless they are self-employed subcontractors; further items as per the tender documents.
