Development and Provision of E-Services and Digitization of Back-Office Processes for Tarnogórski County

Development and provision of public e-services: Digitization of back-office processes and data in the departments of Geodesy, Real Estate Management, Construction and Architecture, and Environmental Protection and Agriculture. The project scope includes spatial data in geodesy, development of applications based on digitally available public sector information, implementation of modern technological solutions, and digitization of analog data for public e-services. The goal is the creation, development, and provision of e-services at the fifth maturity level, accessible via the Tarnowskie Góry County Office website and other regional/national platforms. For equivalent software offers, the bidder must prove at their own expense that the products meet all requirements for licenses, functionality, compatibility, interoperability, interference-free operation, support, warranty, maintenance, language support, hardware requirements, and bit versions (32, 64), and are not inferior to the specified products. Installation and testing within the client's system, as well as knowledge transfer, are required. Equivalent software must not cause loss of compatibility or manufacturer support for other used and cooperating software, and must not have an end-of-life status at the time of the offer or reach end of development within 3 years from the offer submission. A follow-up contract for similar services is anticipated, with an estimated net value of 1,100,000.00 PLN (gross: 1,353,000.00 PLN).
