Category B Driving License Courses for Students in Tarnowskie Góry County

Organization and execution of Category B driving license courses for students of secondary schools in Tarnowskie Góry County as part of the 'MOBILNI ZAWODOWCY' project: includes medical examinations, issuance of certificates, and payment for the first theoretical and practical state exam attempt. The courses cover theoretical and practical knowledge, must comply with Polish laws (Act of 5 January 2011 on Vehicle Drivers, Regulation of 4 March 2016 on training), and aim to acquire driving competencies. The execution is divided into several lots, with the number of participants per course subject to change due to resignations or lack of medical clearance. Participants are recruited by the contracting authority and divided into groups; the list of participants is provided to the contractor within 15 working days after recruitment. The course duration per group is a maximum of 4 months from the start date. Courses will be conducted from contract signing until April 30, 2027. Each participant receives at least 60 hours of instruction, including 30 practical hours (60 minutes each) and 30 theoretical hours (45 minutes each). Classes take place Monday to Saturday outside school hours; practical hours are also possible on Sundays and public holidays with written consent. The theoretical part can be conducted online if the contractor meets the requirements of Art. 31 of the Act of 5 January 2011 and provides appropriate certification.
