Development and Management of an Enterprise Scale Landing Zone (ESLZ)

Setup, development, and co-management of an Enterprise Scale Landing Zone (ESLZ) accelerator: Supporting the contracting authority's cloud and platform strategy by designing and implementing the ESLZ with a secure-by-design and automated approach, focusing on platform engineering. Creation of a platform for uniform and scalable application of governance, security, network, identity, and compliance. Covering all relevant management and quality domains as defined in the state-of-the-art architecture framework (security, reliability, operational excellence, performance efficiency, cost control). Co-management of the platform under a shared responsibility model, where the contracting authority retains strategic and architectural responsibility and defines operational objectives, while the contractor ensures implementation and remains responsible for tasks performed, and provides support for execution, optimization, and continuous improvement. Deployment of qualified profiles for close collaboration with the contracting authority, both for idea generation (architecture, platform choices, working methods) and for implementation and operations. The service includes Managed Services, on-site cloud expertise to support internal teams, and integration (inbound) / migration (outbound) procedures.
