Earthworks, concrete, sealing, and insulation works according to DIN 18300, 18331, 18531 to 18535 for the cafeteria extension in House 2 of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Berlin: Site setup with construction fence (approx. 80 m), tree protection (approx. 25 m²), construction power distributors (1 main + 3 end distributors), construction lighting (approx. 18 luminaires), construction water connection and distributor; Earthworks include excavation of building pit (approx. 280 m³), soil delivery and installation (approx. 150 m³), exploratory excavations for lines; Demolition works for external thermal insulation composite system (approx. 50 m²), plaster surfaces, concrete components, and paving for storage (approx. 300 m²); Masonry works for closing window openings, parapet construction (approx. 20 m²), and core drillings; Steel construction works for delivery and installation of 4 steel angles for horizontal bracing; Plastering works for interior and exterior plaster (approx. 10 m²) on closed openings; Reinforced concrete works for floor slab (approx. 220 m²), ceiling slab (approx. 210 m²), attic (approx. 55 m²), beams (approx. 170 linear meters), internal and external columns (fair-faced concrete), and reinforcement (approx. 35 t); Sealing and insulation works with perimeter insulation (approx. 220 m²), bitumen thick coating (approx. 40 m²), and joint sealants (approx. 60 m); Drainage works for drainage (approx. 40 m²).
