Masonry, Concrete, Plastering Works and Site Setup according to DIN 18 330, 18 331, 18 350, 18 299: Conversion of a canteen kitchen and pipe renovation at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) property at Wilhelmstraße 49 in 10117 Berlin. The works include tiling for new wall and floor tiles in the ground floor canteen kitchen and in the bathrooms on the first to fourth floors. This comprises approx. 270 m² wall tiles, approx. 140 m² floor tiles, approx. 120 m skirting tiles, approx. 270 m² wall waterproofing, and approx. 140 m² floor waterproofing. The binding execution period for the kitchen is 20 weeks (calendar week 41–2026 to calendar week 08-2027), with bathroom renovation following thereafter.
