Earthworks for the pre-construction of a logistics training building: Transformation of a forest area at Piikatu 6, 55120 Imatra, into a construction site for the Saimaa Vocational College's logistics training building. The scope includes clearing the construction area, building a stormwater basin, excavation and mass exchange works, and related off-site works according to planning and tender documents. The contractor acts as the main contractor with site management and coordination responsibilities. A site visit on August 19 from 9-10 AM or by arrangement is required.
