Earthworks for renovation projects 2026 - 2029

Earthworks for renovation projects: Contract-based or hourly-rate earthworks for various construction projects on properties owned and managed by the City of Nokia. This includes, among others, stormwater renovations, leveling and modification of yard areas, and foundation installations for maintenance-type construction works. Four contractors will be selected. The contract duration is 36 months with an option for two extensions of 12 months each. The estimated contract start is October 2026. The contracting authority does not commit to specific procurement volumes during the contract period.
