Natural Gas and Electricity Supply 2026
Natural gas and electricity supply for the eligible consumption points of properties managed and operated by the contracting authority: Procurement of standard quality natural gas as a full supply contract for the period from 01.10.2026, 06:00, to 01.10.2028, 06:00, with a contracted quantity of 6,147,871 kWh/year, totaling 12,295,742 kWh. Procurement of standard quality electricity as a full supply contract without scheduling obligations; current contracts expire on 31.12.2026. The desired quantity is 4,530,030 kWh/year, with a contracted quantity of 9,060,060 kWh. Electricity quality must comply with MSZ EN 50160:2011 and MSZ 1:2002 standards. Additional payment obligations arising from the energy efficiency obligation system (Act LVII of 2015) will not be assumed by the contracting authority. RHD fees for natural gas are to be determined according to the tariff regulation (11/2016. (XI. 14.) MEKH regulation) effective from 01.10.2026. Detailed consumption data, consumption points, and POD data are included in the technical annex of the tender documents.
