Expansion of the Psychological-Pedagogical Counseling Center Wrzeciono 24 Complete construction and assembly works for the expansion of the Psychological-Pedagogical Counseling Center: securing the work area with fences and information boards; demolition and preparatory works include the dismantling of lightning protection systems, external lighting, gutters, basement window grates, ramps, external stair railings, canopies, kitchen block steps, coal chute, facade elements, air conditioners, sheet metal work, ventilation pipes, plaster, cladding, insulation layers, windows, doors, roof hatches, building plinth, excavation of foundation walls, ventilation grates, and roof insulation layer externally, as well as the complete emptying of interior rooms including equipment, furniture, installations, suspended ceilings, partition walls, and floors. Construction works include bricking up and enlarging openings, insulation of external walls, plinth, and foundation walls, execution of mineral plaster with silicone paint or cladding, repair of the existing felt roof and chimneys, horizontal and vertical foundation wall insulation (injections, foil), floor insulation (slurry), installation of new sheet metal work, gutters, windows, doors, and smoke vents, repair and installation of new ramps and railings, creation of a building plinth, new entrance canopies, external lighting, replacement of the lightning protection system, and new ventilation grates. Internal works include creating and enlarging wall openings, basement enlargement, deepening of the un-basemented area for elevator access, underpinning of the un-basemented basement part, construction of an elevator shaft, new plasterboard partition walls, bricking up openings, reconstruction of the heat node, replacement of heating, cold/hot water, and sanitary/storm drainage installations, installation of mechanical ventilation, electrical power and low-current (telecommunication) installations, renovation of sanitary areas considering the needs of people with disabilities, new floor layers, gypsum plastering and painting of walls, new floors and cladding in sanitary rooms, new sanitary equipment, plasterboard suspended ceilings in corridors, window sills, radiator enclosures, bumper strips in corridors, replacement of external stair railings, renovation and reconstruction of building entrances, and adaptation of the building for people with disabilities according to Warsaw standards. Landscaping includes preparatory works, demolition and earthworks, external lighting, electrical and telecommunication installations for information boards, telecommunication sewage system with cameras, construction of parking lots and sidewalks, foundations and installation of small architectural objects, installation of signs and information boards, execution of markings and guiding systems, as well as greening works and cleanup of the adjacent area.
