Supplementary school transport services for the City of Lohja: Provision of one bus or large taxi for passenger transport from 19.10.2026 to 4.5.2027. The service primarily covers statutory school transport for basic education in Lohja's student intake area (Lohja, Vihti, Inkoo, Siuntio, partly Raasepori), as well as longer journeys for special needs students (e.g., Keinumäki Espoo, Tammipuisto Raasepori) and students requiring special arrangements. The vehicle must offer 1+8 seats (including 2 wheelchair spaces); additional seats beyond the minimum must be available without extra charge. When wheelchair spaces are in use, remaining passenger seats can be reduced to a minimum of six. There are no guaranteed kilometers; remuneration is based on kilometers when at least one passenger is transported. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will be compensated. The service provider must equip the vehicle with an Android mobile device (tablet or phone) for the client's Movit app and ensure drivers are reachable by phone. Invoicing is based on the Movit report. Transport times are aligned with school timetables, typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with pickups starting around 6:00 AM and drop-offs until approximately 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM. In case of need for additional capacity, the client will first negotiate with the selected service provider.
