Metal construction works and smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems for Anhaltisches Berufsschulzentrum Hugo Junkers: Renewal of RWA systems, including 6 large windows (approx. 2,600 mm x 770 mm), 12 small windows (approx. 1,600 mm x 770 mm), 108 trapezoidal windows (approx. 2,160 mm x 570 / 940 mm), 13 rectangular windows (approx. 1,650 x 640 mm), 26 D4 chain actuators as drawbridges for tilt windows, 24 profile-integrated mechatronic tilt fittings, 147 F 2a locking actuators, 168 BF 2b element controllers, 28 LDH15 linear actuators for roof windows, 22 module control units, 67 SHEV control panels, and 37 VdS optical smoke detectors. Execution to begin no later than 5 working days after receipt of the order letter, operational installation by 10.12.2027, completion of the entire service by 28.01.2028. Security for contract fulfillment 5% of the contract sum, security for defect claims 3% of the sum of partial payments. Proof of expertise according to DIN 18232-10 required, repurchase guarantee for aluminum window and fitting systems of at least 10 years.
