Preparation of Polysiusstraße Storage Area: Earthworks, Surface Creation, Fencing, Equipment, Relocation

Earthworks, creation of storage area, fencing, equipment, and relocation for the preparation of approx. 5,500 m² of storage area at Polysiusstraße. This includes earthworks, creation of an RC gravel base layer, fencing, gate system, reptile and amphibian protection, bulk material boxes, relocation of existing materials, and site setup. Completion is scheduled by 30.10.2026, with execution to begin no later than 1 working day after receipt of the order letter. A security for contract fulfillment of 5% of the contract sum and for defect claims of 3% of the interim payments is required. Bidders must prove suitability via entry in the pre-qualification register or by self-declaration; additionally, a tax exemption certificate according to § 48 b EStG and proof of current liability insurance are required.
