Renewal of heat channels and yard renovation for the Liittokuja 2 property: Renewal of heat channels/district pipes, renovation of residential yards, and repair of the stormwater system in 2026. A single contractor will be selected for the entire contract. Examples of the scope include the repair of surface leveling in the F and G house recreation yard, paving of the recreation area, and installation of stairs; the renewal of wooden intermediate fences in administrative yards and the addition of top sheeting; the renewal of residential access paths at the kindergarten-side end of D and E houses; the renewal of the noise barrier at the Pliitintorpantie-side end of G house; the renewal of wooden parking lot embankments to L-shaped concrete element structures; the renewal of yard pipe elements according to plans; stormwater drainage from the roofs of warehouses on the upper parking lot side to gutter wells; the widening of the F and G house access path and drainage of warehouse roof water to gutter wells; drainage of D house warehouse roof water to gutter wells; a driveway ramp between A house and the service building from the upper parking level via a guest parking spot to the inner courtyard for snow disposal. Opened access paths will not be asphalted; the surface will be compacted with 0-16 crushed rock. The client will decide which sub-areas will be implemented during contract negotiations.
