ERP Solution for the Leibniz Institute on Aging (FLI)

Notice title: Beschaffung, Einführung, Implementierung sowie die technische Betriebsunterstützung einer integrierten ERP-Lösung einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Dienstleistungen am Leibniz FLI

Implementation of an integrated ERP standard software to support commercial and administrative processes at the Leibniz-FLI, including at least technical operational support. A Software-as-a-Service solution is envisioned as the target, but the tender is not exclusively limited to SaaS. The solution is intended to replace existing ERP systems and covers financial accounting, asset accounting, budget management, procurement and materials management, cost and performance accounting/controlling, third-party funding and project administration, and reporting, all based on an integrated data and process foundation. The contract includes detailed conceptual design, setup and parameterization, data migration, interfaces to relevant peripheral systems, testing, training, establishment of operational readiness, support for go-live and stabilization, technical operational support or SaaS operation, maintenance, updates, support, and regulated services at contract termination. Technical data cleansing is the responsibility of the contractor; functional cleansing is performed by the FLI. The procurement of an HR system is not part of this procedure; however, necessary interfaces to the HR system are part of the ERP scope of services.
