A warranty period of at least 36 months, but not longer than 60 months, must be provided for the executed works, installed/built-in materials, delivered devices, and installations, calculated from the acceptance date of the entire order. The contractor and its subcontractors must employ physical workers directly involved in general construction work under an employment contract.
