Replacement new construction of the Techowbrücke bridge: site setup, technical processing, traffic management with diversion route, road and water-side traffic safety, unexploded ordnance detection and potential clearance, preparatory measures and temporary construction aids, dismantling and demolition of the existing structure, earthworks and ground improvement with excavation pits, landscaping with grass seeding and compensatory measures, maintenance for plantings, utility line construction for utility operators and the WSA, preparatory utility line construction for bridge lighting, reinforced concrete works for foundations, abutments, wings, deck slab, and approach slabs, steel works for superstructure, bearings, railings, and protection against unauthorized access, corrosion protection works for all steel parts, vertical and horizontal structural waterproofing, construction of structural joints, surface protection using anti-graffiti coating, bearings and expansion joints, structural drainage with outlets and manifold piping, drainage facilities outside the structure, backfilling of excavation pits, earthworks, construction of embankment stairs and embankment stabilization, street lighting, measuring bolts, road construction works on the structure with asphalt paving for the roadway and sidewalks, road construction works outside the structure with asphalt paving, as well as paving and marking, dismantling of the diversion route, dismantling of traffic safety devices, and site clearance. The overall construction project includes service parts for WNA, Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH, Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, 1&1 Versatel Deutschland GmbH, and GB infraSignal GmbH.
