Renewal of Wastewater Treatment Plant for Trains

Delivery, manufacture, assembly, commissioning, trial operation and acceptance for the renewal of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and water reclamation plants (WRP) for the external cleaning plant (ECP) at the Hamburg-Langenfelde site. The project includes the dismantling of the existing WWTP, including switchgear and control cabinets, as well as the new construction of control technology, pump technology and a refuelling system for cleaning agents. The mechanical engineering equipment must be designed for neutral cleaning agents and must use corrosion- and seawater-resistant austenitic stainless steel (e.g. 1.4404, 1.4571).

Mobile Maintenance of IC 2 Trains

Service for the mobile maintenance of rail vehicles of type IC 2, consisting of the locomotive (BR E147.5) and 5 passenger coaches in a trainset combination (BA R687.4, BA R682.4, BA R668.4) of DB Fernverkehr AG. Repairs and fault clearance work on mechanical and electrical components will be carried out outside of workshops by mobile teams on sidings in various cities in Germany and Switzerland. The estimated service volume is 630 shifts (maximum quantity 810 shifts) of 8 to 10 hours each.
