Development of Industrial and Commercial Site Bentwisch, Bebauungsplan 20

Development works for the Bentwisch industrial and commercial site (Bebauungsplan 20): New construction of planned roads A to C, new construction of 2 roundabouts, expansion of Bentwischer Straße between Goorstorf and Hansestraße including drainage ditch, creation of car and truck parking spaces, installation of street lighting along the roads, terrain backfilling, construction of a new drainage ditch system with adjacent retention areas, new construction of the rainwater sewerage system through the Bebauungsplan area (planned road and Bentwischer Straße), partial damming of the existing drainage pipeline, new construction of the wastewater sewerage system in the planned roads and in Bentwischer Straße, construction of a wastewater pumping station with connection via a wastewater pressure pipeline (SWDRL) to the existing sewerage system on Straße am Graben, pre-laying of a wastewater pressure pipeline for future development of Bebauungsplan 26, upgrading of the existing "Am Campus" wastewater pumping station, creation of property connections for rainwater and wastewater, laying of intake pipes for drinking water property connections, construction of fire water extraction points (cisterns and hydrants), relocation of wastewater pressure pipelines and gas pipelines as well as electricity and telecommunication cables, earthworks for laying cables for power supply and telecommunications.
