Renovation of Main Drains, Phase 2

Shell construction work for main drain renovation: near-surface separation cut in reinforced concrete floor slabs of approx. 175.0 m, saw cut in horizontal reinforced concrete components (up to 25 cm) of approx. 45.0 m², partial demolition and disposal of reinforced concrete floor slabs (10–25 cm) of approx. 26.5 m³, chiseling of breakthroughs in the floor slab (approx. 17 units, plus large openings approx. 2.5 m²), vertical core drillings (up to DN 300) of approx. 12.5 m, in-situ concrete blinding layer C16/20 (5 cm) of approx. 101.0 m², XPS perimeter insulation (100 mm) under floor slab of approx. 101.0 m², subsequent bonding of connection reinforcement (drilling + gluing) of approx. 700 units, reinforcing steel (bar steel / mesh mats) of approx. 2.8 t, in-situ concrete reinforced concrete floor slab C20/25 (WU/WF) of approx. 24.0 m³, power troweling of the floor slab surface of approx. 101.0 m², and disposal of concrete and demolition waste (various recycling classes) of approx. 32.6 t. Additionally, civil engineering work for heating, ventilation, sanitary, and main drains: trench excavation and backfilling of approx. 88.0 m³, pipe bedding and covering with filling material of approx. 190.0 m, main drains KG-2000 DN 110 of approx. 137.0 m, main drains KG-2000 DN 160 of approx. 50.0 m, and floor drains DN 100 with odor trap of approx. 3 units.
