Creation of a Bill of Quantities (Bau-LV) for the construction and operation of photovoltaic (PV) systems on the roofs of approximately 500 to 650 German Armed Forces buildings by 2030: The Bau-LV is to be prepared based on site surveys and investigations at five representative properties, in accordance with § 7b VS VOB/A. It will serve as the basis for commissioning companies to implement the PV systems and will be coordinated with parallel planning offices that assess the technical and economic suitability of the buildings and prepare the respective execution plans.
