Creation of an operational BIM model for the MNB Headquarters on Szabadság tér, a listed building, covering a net area of 23,000 m²: The model includes a complex, integrated BIM-based operational building information model to ensure structured data management throughout the entire building lifecycle, digital operational support with 3D visualization, full integration with the ArchiFM system, development of BIM competencies for users and operational staff, establishment of the data and document structure required for operations, and BIM-compatible transformation of operational workflows. Subsequent maintenance for 6 months, consulting, and process management are also included. The procurement does not include options.
