Preparation of an investment project in the "technical design" phase: The content and parts of the investment projects must comply with the requirements of the Technical Specification, the ZUT, and Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects. Projects must be accompanied by detailed quantity-value calculations. Exercise of author's supervision during construction, according to Art. 162, para. 2 of the ZUT, based on the approved project documentation and applicable regulations for the individual parts of the technical projects.
