Specialist planning and coordination of construction site logistics for the new Klinikum Lübbecker Land: The project includes a hospital for somatic and psychiatric care with approximately 400 beds, supplementary teaching and functional areas, and centralized parking on a 5.9 ha site in Espelkamp. The gross floor area is 47,845 m². Services comprise planning and coordination of construction site traffic, material deliveries, site and safety logistics, to be coordinated with the traffic planning of the city of Espelkamp. Within cost group 700, measures for construction site setup, logistics, and clearance are planned, including establishment and maintenance of the construction site, securing traffic routes, supply of construction power and water, disposal of construction waste, and temporary facilities. Planning for construction site logistics begins in Q1 2027, with structural completion scheduled for 01.11.2030 (including outdoor facilities). The total cost framework for the construction project is 279.93 million € gross.
