Preparation of technical-economic documentation for the 'Introduction of Electric Suburban Train Sibiu' project, Feasibility Study (SF) phase: Development of the feasibility study (SF), development of the strategic study on the prospective network, preparation of public procurement documents (specifications and procurement documents for infrastructure design and execution, specifications and procurement documents for rolling stock and rolling stock maintenance and repair services, specifications and procurement documents for the Public Service Contract), and technical assistance in conducting public procurement procedures. The feasibility study covers an approximately 16 km route along the existing railway line between Gara Șelimbăr, Sibiu Triaj, Ateliere zonă, Gara Sibiu, Halta Sibiu, and Halta Turnișor, with two branches from Turnișor: one to the national railway up to Tilișca and one to the industrial railway up to the Airport and West Industrial Zone. Estimated value: 7,500,000.00 Lei without VAT. Duration: 18 months from the start order.
