Creation of 2,700 Digital Building Logbooks (c-KOB) for properties in Łódź

Creation of 2,700 Digital Building Logbooks (c-KOB): based on provided paper logbooks, including the completion of missing information from own sources and legally sanctioned geodetic/cartographic services. This covers object data such as type, function, year of commissioning, technical parameters (built-up area, height, volume, number of floors, number of units), equipment with installations and devices, site plan, map marking, as well as asbestos information and the competent building supervisory authority. The service also includes the ongoing management and maintenance of the c-KOB, including the granting and revocation of access rights and continuous information updates for properties owned by the City of Łódź, as well as private, co-owned, and state-owned properties managed by Zarząd Lokali Miejskich. A tool for identifying objects in the c-KOB system using the property address, building location (front, right, left, transverse outbuilding), and function (residential, utility, agricultural building), as well as owner information (municipal, private, co-owned, state-owned), must be created and provided.
