Site clearance includes grubbing 2 shrubs, felling 2 trees up to 3 m, removing, conveying, and storing or disposing of 45 m² topsoil with sod, removing, transporting, and storing 100 m² paving and slab coverings, excavating, transporting, and storing 60 m³ gravel-split-crushed sand mixture, removing and storing 9 pieces of precast concrete seating blocks L=100 or 200 cm, and removing and storing various other built-in elements. Demolition/dismantling works: Dismantling and disposal of 7 windows, 1 light shaft, 1 interior door, 90 m² demolition of ETICS up to 14 cm insulation thickness and disposal. Earthworks for structure: 33 m³ excavation for building pits including disposal, 38 m³ trench excavation for strip foundations including disposal, 11 m³ foundation cushion, 7 m³ backfill with delivered material. Earthworks for basic services: 10 m³ trench excavation including backfill, 32 m³ trench excavation including disposal, 7 m³ bedding material made of sand. Drainage canal works demolition + new construction: 7 m removal of sewage lines in crawl space, 47 m removal of main sewage / rainwater lines up to DN 160, 1 piece removal of sewage shaft DN 400, 50 m PE pipe (coil goods), corrugated, DN 110 including fittings, 53 m KG2000 pipe, SN10 PP, DN 100, including fittings, 1 piece shaft DN 1000, depth up to 1.60 m; RW, 1 piece control shaft DN 400 made of plastic, 12 m pressure sewage pipe DN 160 - PE 100-RC, processing by butt welding or with electrofusion fittings, with welding approval, 10 m sewage pipe insulation hose DN 160 for installation in concrete, leak test. Concrete and reinforced concrete works: 1 piece precast reinforced concrete elevator shaft, 4-sided, clear shaft dimension 1.95 x 1.65 m, shaft pit, reinforced concrete, WU C25/30 in cast-in-place concrete, deep foundation for elevator shaft using well ring foundation, inner diameter 1,500 mm, 38 m³ strip foundations C25/30, unreinforced/reinforced, against soil or with formwork, width 50 or 80 cm, 21 m² floor slab, reinforced concrete C25/30, d= 18 cm, with formwork, 44 m interior/exterior columns, reinforced concrete C25/30, 17.5/17.5 cm, with formwork, 47 m² ceilings, reinforced concrete C25/30, d = 18 cm, with formwork, 8.5 m² attic, reinforced concrete C25/30, 17.5/60 cm, with formwork, 2.5 t reinforcing steel for cast-in-place concrete components, various built-in parts. Foundation/ring earthing system. Masonry works: 115 m² calcium silicate masonry for interior and exterior walls, d = 17.5 cm, 1.9 m³ demolition of parapet masonry for wall opening in existing structure, 24 m masonry for window reveals in existing structure, 2 pieces creation or widening of door openings in existing structure. Sealing works: 2.5 m² demolition of perimeter insulation and dimpled sheet on existing structure, 6.5 m² vertical sealing of earth-contacting exterior walls new construction and partial area in existing structure with PMBC, W2.1-E, 4.5 m² perimeter insulation XPS 035 in the ground, 21 m² vapor barrier as sealing of the floor slab, W1.1-E, 41 m² emergency sealing reinforced concrete roof made of bitumen welding membrane flat roof.
