Earthworks for structure: 33 m³ excavation for building pits including disposal, 38 m³ trench excavation for strip foundations including disposal, 11 m³ foundation cushion, 7 m³ backfill with delivered material. Masonry works: 115 m² calcium silicate masonry for interior and exterior walls, d = 17.5 cm, 1.9 m³ demolition of parapet masonry for wall opening in existing structure, 24 m masonry for window reveals in existing structure, 2 pieces creation or widening of door openings in existing structure. Sealing works: 2.5 m² demolition of perimeter insulation and dimpled sheet on existing structure, 6.5 m² vertical sealing of earth-contacting exterior walls new construction and partial area in existing structure with PMBC, W2.1-E, 4.5 m² perimeter insulation XPS 035 in the ground, 21 m² vapor barrier as sealing of the floor slab, W1.1-E, 41 m² emergency sealing reinforced concrete roof made of bitumen welding membrane flat roof.
