Accompanying services include pre-implementation and installation work (architecture diagrams, configuration of computing cluster, virtualization systems, arrays, SAN, integration with central backup), performance and reliability tests, at least 16 hours of staff training, and the creation and handover of detailed as-built documentation and test reports. The supplied equipment must be factory new, free of defects, from an authorized sales channel, and manufactured no earlier than 2026; refurbished, demonstration, test, or exhibition devices are not permitted.
