Extension of the Regional School with Primary School Proseken

Roofing and roof plumbing works for the extension of the Regional School with Primary School Proseken, divided into two construction phases: Construction phase 1 (approx. 85% of the scope of services) includes vapor barrier on cross-laminated timber ceiling or emergency waterproofing of approx. 1,715 m², flat roof insulation EPS 150kpa of approx. 1,715 m², bitumen waterproofing with underlayer and top layer of approx. 1,715 m², green roof and graveling, sealing of roof installations and smoke and heat exhaust roof hatches, 140 m curtain gutter, and skylights with fixed and ventilation elements (3 systems with 18 units each, 18 units, or 16 units). Construction phase 2 (15% of the scope of services) comprises vapor barrier on cross-laminated timber ceiling or emergency waterproofing of approx. 550 m², flat roof insulation EPS 150kpa of approx. 550 m², and bitumen waterproofing with underlayer and top layer of approx. 550 m², plus green roof and graveling.
