Heating and Sanitary Installation for Extension of Regional School with Primary School in Proseken

Heating and sanitary works in the extension new building: Installation of drinking water system with cold water piping on floors and decentralized electric water heating in kitchen and B.WC, approx. 260 m pipe network; laying of wastewater pipes in pre-wall construction; connection and assembly of 38 washbasins, 22 WCs, 2 slop sinks; pressure testing, drinking water sampling, and commissioning of sanitary facilities. Heating installation: bivalent heat generation system (air/water heat pump), peak load via existing gas boiler system; laying of heating pipes (flow and return) in riser zones and floors, partly in skirting boards or floor structure, approx. 900 m pipe network; installation of 92 radiators including thermostatic valves; assembly of distribution stations with 3 outlets (static heating circuit, dynamic heating circuit, and static heating circuit 2nd construction phase) and connection to the heat generator; hydraulic balancing of the heating system; execution of pressure tests and functional checks. Services are to be implemented according to detailed design, DIN standards, and technical rules. Execution in several construction phases: 1st construction phase 10/2026 – 04/2027, 2nd construction phase 02/2028 – 06/2028. Service description and digital planning documents of the detailed design are included.
