Expansion of WAIWIZ Building with Center for Sustainable Development and New Technologies at Poznań University of Technology
Design and build for the expansion of the WAIWIZ building with the Center for Sustainable Development and New Technologies and Innovation of Poznań University of Technology (CZRNTI PP), including a protective structure: roads, fire road, parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, greenery, technical infrastructure with relocations, and removal of inactive installations on the Warta Campus of Poznań University of Technology. The existing WAIWIZ building remains in use as a higher education facility without changes. The CZRNTI PP will be a scientific and educational laboratory-research building, classified as a protective structure with two shelters and two hideouts at level -1. In the basement/level 0 of the CZRNTI PP, supplementary protective functions are planned: a two-zone hideout of resistance category U3 and a two-zone shelter of resistance category S1. These rooms will serve a protective function in case of emergency or war, and otherwise the primary function intended for the CZRNTI PP building. The scope includes the execution of multi-branch project documentation (technical projects (PT), executive and workshop projects (PW), as-built documentation (DP)) and necessary studies, expert opinions, and reports (acoustics, radiation). Furthermore, the realization of the investment: elements of site development, the complete CZRNTI PP building, an underground connector between the Faculties of Architecture and Management Engineering (WAIWIZ) and the CZRNTI PP, a support structure for photovoltaic panels above the CZRNTI PP courtyard, generator set chambers, a pedestrian path at the ceiling level above floor -1 with external stairs located on the east side of the CZRNTI PP (also serving as the enclosure for the protective structure's ventilation system), reconstruction of the pedestrian and vehicle access from the east side of WAIWIZ (change of layout, relocation of existing and construction of new external stairs). Also included are administrative notifications, obtaining necessary approvals and permits (including a final occupancy permit), comprehensive acceptance of the realized investment, and performing services and inspections of building systems to maintain warranties for 60 months from the date of signing the basic acceptance protocol. The investment must adhere to the DNSH principle for all six environmental objectives specified in Articles 9 and 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852. further items as per the tender documents.
