Extension of Platzrandstraße OST for Oberlausitz Military Training Area

Road construction works: Removal of 7,200 m² concrete pavement and 34,000 m² gravel pavement, 47,000 m³ soil excavation, 42,000 m³ soil backfill, preparation of 135,000 m² subgrade, 115,000 m² soil stabilization, 4,500 m³ frost protection layer, 120,000 m² gravel base layer, 94,000 m² concrete pavement, 1,700 m² natural stone paving, 4,000 m² unbound wearing course, 31,000 m² stable shoulder, 12,000 m infiltration ditch, 11,000 m³ topsoil cover, 10,500 m utility trenches including utility relocations, 15,500 m pipe bundle installation, 1,100 m empty conduit installation including utility relocations, 35 cable pulling shafts, 5 amphibian culverts, 480 m amphibian guidance system, 23 barrier systems, marking, signage, and guide posts along the entire route length. Medium voltage cable laying: Laying of a medium voltage cable system with approx. 7.1 km of 20 kV 3-conductor cable, production of approx. 70 cable splices and terminations, installation of an accompanying earthing system with approx. 7.1 km of 10mm round / V4A earthing conductor and 70 connection points, performance of cable tests and insulation measurements, inventory and photo documentation of the medium voltage cable route. Relocation of existing utilities: Relocation of existing power, telecommunication, and fiber optic cables, laying of approx. 0.2 km low voltage cables, approx. 3.4 km telecommunication cables, and approx. 1.2 km fiber optic cables, production of approx. 0.4 km cable protection pipe systems and pipe crossings, production of splices, terminations, as well as connection and reconnection works, dismantling of existing cable systems (approx. 0.5 km power cables and 2.3 km telecommunication cables), production and adaptation of earthing and potential equalization systems, measurement, testing, documentation, surveying, and coordination services.
