Extension and Renovation of the Forstenried Volunteer Fire Station

Architectural planning phases 6-9 according to HOAI §34 for the Forstenried Volunteer Fire Station: Extension by a vehicle bay and larger training and common areas; building extended by approx. 6.50 m to the east for a fourth parking space; construction of a two-flight external staircase as a second escape route; demolition of northern annexes and the storage building, replacement by new construction and annex; adaptation and reorganization of the floor plan; fire protection adaptation; minimally invasive renovation of the existing structure; adaptation of the entire building to Munich's climate protection requirements (including facade insulation, new heating, new windows and doors); implementation during ongoing operation; felling of trees and replacement plantings on the adjacent property. The building is part of a listed ensemble.
